The ideal candidate designs and maintains websites and digital interfaces, manages SharePoint content and workflows, and creates engaging multimedia and social media content while coordinating updates and ensuring consistent branding across platforms. They will also develop content libraries, collaborate with stakeholders to produce and manage digital assets, and provide ongoing enhancements to web, social media, and SharePoint environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Designing and constructing web pages/sites including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Maintaining and providing ongoing design of the website, promos, and ad banners, seasonal content specials and custom chat launcher design for partners. Holding familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Developing a content bank to include social media posts, infographics, illustrations, photography, captions, blogs, and podcasts. Working with offices to identify, produce, and coordinate content for social media channels. Creating digital media content incorporating photo, video, audio, and animated content. Providing edits, updates, and corrections to web content. Managing libraries on SharePoint to include content management and permissions. Developing workflows and databases in SharePoint. Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs. Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client. Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Associates degree OR Technical certification
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
One or more years of experience A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products Experience with creating, designing, and maintaining websites Must have the ability to obtain the client's suitability Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills A highly motivated selfstarter Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
