Analyzed performance metrics, industry trends, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize digital marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with marketing specialists to strategize, plan and implement email and social media campaigns. Curate and publish high-quality, engaging content that is customized for each social media platform. This will diversify our content to keep followers engaged on each platform. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that includes content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for our non-paid social presence. Work with marketing specialists to design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute organic social media campaigns that run alongside paid campaigns to maximize the impact of digital spends. Identify trends and insights,and recommend ways to optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies through digital marketing. Engage in community conversations as the Mercyhealth brand, both on our social media pages and community pages. Monitor online chatter about Mercyhealth and its initiatives and perception to be part of the conversation in real time. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication (or related field). Experience in social media and health care preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Certification in Google Analytics (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire) FEMA Certification
FEMA ICS-100
For Health Care/Hospitals Certification (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
FEMA ICS-700
National Incident Management System Certification (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Shows above and beyond attitude, dedication and work ethic to Mercyhealth Good interpretive/analytical skills Google Ads and Analytics Facebook Ads Experience with YouTube Ads Excellent editing/writing skills Excellent interpersonal skills Typing, word processing/Macintosh skills
