We move fast, solve problems, and expect people to take ownership. About the Role We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Specialist to help execute and grow our marketing efforts. This is a content-heavy, execution-focused role. You'll create social media content, produce video, support email campaigns, update website content, and help drive awareness and sales. You'll work directly with leadership to learn our voice and priorities, then operate with a high level of autonomy. This is an in-person role based in Milwaukee, giving you direct access to our shop, products, and team to create real-world content. Full-time or part-time depending on fit. Responsibilities Create and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Produce short-form video content featuring products, shop activity, and behind-the-scenes operations Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms Develop and send monthly email newsletters Update website content including images, copy, testimonials, and product information Support basic SEO and website content improvements Set up and manage TikTok Shop and/or Meta Shop product listings Assist with trade show marketing and promotional campaigns Help gather customer feedback and insights Qualifications Experience creating social media and video content for a business or brand Comfortable filming and editing your own content Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools Experience with email marketing platforms preferred Basic website editing experience preferred Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What We Offer Flexible full-time or part-time opportunity Direct involvement in building and growing a brand High level of autonomy and ownership Opportunity to grow alongside a fast-growing company A hardworking team that moves fast and doesn't take itself too seriously Compensation $65,000-$75,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience and scope.
