Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time, benefited Staff, S31 level position.Starting salary range:

JOB SUMMARY
The Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist drives audience engagement, brand awareness, and organizational storytelling through strategic social media management and the creation of high-quality visual content. This position is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, producing compelling graphic and multimedia content, supporting institutional marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print channels. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to promote organizational priorities, strengthen brand visibility, and engage target audiences. - Develop and execute strategic social media content that increases engagement, strengthens brand awareness, and supports organizational goals.
- Create professional visual communications that support marketing, recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to promote initiatives, events, and organizational priorities.
- Measure performance, support continuous improvement, and maintain oversight of institutional social media presence.
