Posting Details Position Summary Information Posting Number P2301 Job Title President's Social Media Student Worker (Fall 2026) Students Only Yes Job Description Summary The President's Social Media Student Worker supports the Digital Content Specialist in managing and enhancing the College President's social media presence, as well as assisting with social media monitoring for the College. Primary responsibilities include capturing and creating content that highlights the President's campus involvement, events, community engagement, and leadership initiatives. This position also helps monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, comments, mentions, and trends related to the College. During downtime, the student worker will assist with creating general social media content, campus storytelling projects, and other engaging digital content to support the College's overall marketing efforts. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications /
Ability To:
  • Own and regularly use a reliable smartphone with photo and video capabilities for content creation
  • Uphold the Web Governance 2011A Policy and the Student Information 5110D Policy .
  • Follow College social media guidelines, branding standards, and professional communication expectations
  • Capture quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes
  • Use social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar channels effectively
  • Monitor social media activity with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with executive-level content
  • Use computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic file management tools
  • Perform basic administrative and organizational tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and professionalism
  • Work independently while following instructions carefully
