- Negotiation-focused sales professionals About the Role We are looking for a driven, tech-comfortable professionals who can connect with private vehicle sellers, evaluate vehicles, and negotiate purchases.
In this role, you will identify vehicles on private marketplaces, communicate directly with sellers, negotiate purchase prices, and manage the acquisition process from first contact through final purchase . If you have experience in automotive sales, vehicle buying, appraisal, or high-volume phone sales, you will likely excel in this role. What You'll Do Use the VETTX acquisition platform to identify and track vehicles listed across marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, and Cars.com Initiate conversations with private sellers through calls, texts, and online messaging Gather vehicle details including VIN, mileage, condition, ownership history, and service information Evaluate vehicles and coordinate pricing with dealership management Negotiate purchase prices directly with sellers Meet weekly and monthly vehicle acquisition goals What We're Looking For Experience in automotive sales, vehicle acquisition, appraisal, BDC, or other negotiation-driven roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable managing multiple seller conversations simultaneously Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment Private-party acquisition experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
