We're seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

Responsibilities:

Engage new leads, convert them into active clientsMaintain strong relationships with existing clientsUpsell and cross-sell financial products or servicesProvide high-level client support to boost retentionMeet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven settingNative or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.1-2+ years' experience in conversion/retention Excellent communication & negotiation skillsResults-driven, motivated by performance and bonusesAbility to work under pressure in a target-driven team
