Job Summary Maintains records, compiles information, and submits forms in order to keep agents licensed and contracted, along with keeping our records of agents' statuses up to date. Coordinates with marketers, state agencies, and the corporate licensing department to ensure timely and efficient processing. This person will be professional, polite, and attentive, while also being accurate. This person will always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. This person should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain agent records in our database. This includes reviewing carrier portals consistently for status changes, and updates based on weekly reports from the carriers.
- Review agent contracting paperwork and licenses received for integrity. Prepare and submit contracts that are processed by either email or through a carrier's e-contracting platform.
- Communicate via email and/or phone as necessary with agency staff or carriers for any outstanding items, contract updates, or issues that require further review or escalation.
- Verify valid insurance licenses, CE compliance, and vector status.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
