Job Description
Build the #1 Real Estate Sales Platform in Greater Cincinnati The Chabris Group is Cincinnati's leading real estate sales team by units sold and producing agents. We are scaling aggressively and looking for a Director of Growth to build and drive our agent acquisition engine. We are entering a time of scale and this role drives that scale. This is not a passive recruiting role. This is a high-output, performance-driven position for someone who wants to help create something that hasn't been done and be paid based on real results. What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire 60-72 real estate agents per year
- Build a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline
- Run structured recruiting conversations and convert at a high level
- Identify and target: Top producers High-upside agents Newly licensed agents with past track record of success
- Drive recruiting through: Direct outreach Agent referrals Data-driven market mapping Digital attraction
- Track all activity and performance using a metrics-driven system What You're Selling

Base:
$70K-$90K- Performance-driven total: $130K-$200K+ Comp is directly tied to:
- Hiring volume
- Agent activation

Pay:
