• $24 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Property management company experience Organizational skills Tenants Time management Full Job Description Who we are: Urban Relocation Services is a company dedicated to facilitating the relocation process for families living at properties that are currently undergoing or set to undergo a rehabilitation process on behalf of our clients.

What we do:

We conduct these relocation efforts by using construction schedules to coordinate logistics with hotel reservations, storage accommodations, moving crews, transportation companies, property managers and private landlords among other avenues. We are looking for an individual to occupy a Relocation Manager role for a project in the Cincinnati, OH 45202 area. Our relocation agents meet with residents to conduct interviews in the early stages of planning to better understand how to minimize the inconvenience and impact on their daily lives. Our goal is to maintain constant communication through resident meetings, issuing notices & being the point of contact throughout said experience. The relocation agent is also responsible for conducting inspections & monitoring moves while acting as a liaison to communicate with movers. Ideal Candidates will possess the following experience (Preferred but not required):

• Property Management
• Customer Service Management
