Known internally a Team Leader, this leadership role is responsible for recruiting top real estate agents, coaching productivity, building culture, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the brokerage. Duties Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of agent partners to ensure alignment with company goals and standards Develop and execute targeted strategies for business growth through outside sales efforts and B2B (business-to-business) engagement Cultivate strong relationships with existing agents while identifying new market opportunities to expand our footprint Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that attract potential agents and clients Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and optimize outreach strategies Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective agents, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term growth Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in agent development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Skills Proven experience in outside sales or recruiting independent contractors with a track record of exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and drive results through leadership and motivation Excellent negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the company and its partners Proficiency with marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and agent recruitment efforts Knowledge of the real estate industry and business systems Deep understanding of customer service principles to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking sales pipelines and managing client relationships Join us as an Agent Growth Leader and be at the forefront of expanding our network!
