Lead Talent Booker & Agent (Model and Talent Agency)

Lead Talent Booker & Agent Overview:

A-List Models and Talent (AMT), a faith-based model and talent agency, is seeking a driven Lead Talent Booker & Agent to support the agency's growth, oversee and lead in talent bookings, scouting, and client relationship building. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about the modeling and talent industry, client relationships, and achieving business success. The agency is currently undergoing restructuring, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential. The ideal candidate is someone who has always dreamed of starting their own agency and now has the opportunity to step into an established company with over 33 years in business. Candidates should understand and accept AMT's vision and moral standards, ensuring alignment with the agency's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookings:

Secure castings and paid opportunities in TV/film, commercials, industrials, fashion shows, print, brand partnerships, smaller brand deals, ugc, and more. Submit and book talent while helping maintain an organized client and casting database.

Scouting & Talent Acquisition:

Scout and sign new, diverse talent, including models, actors, and content creators.

Client & Industry Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with designers, casting directors, advertising agencies, and production companies. Pitch talent to clients and partners to increase bookings, plus, going to networking events.

Event Management:

Assist with organizing and executing events, including fashion shows and networking events.

Public Relations:

Assist with client and talent communications, respond to feedback, and maintain a strong public image for the agency.

Agency Collaboration:

Work closely with other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of all agency services. Be able to be at agency from open to close.

Creative Revenue Opportunities:

Contribute ideas for revenue-generating initiatives, such as AMT Reviews, fashion events, media productions, and more.

Note:

This role includes minimal administrative work, allowing you to focus on high-impact tasks that support agency success and client engagement.

Raleigh Compensation:

Goal-Based Salary:

A monthly salary is available if revenue goals are met If goals are not met, compensation is commission-based from personal bookings
