We represent models, actors, and content creators of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities, connecting them with opportunities in fashion, film, television, commercial work, and digital media. Responsibilities Scout, interview, and evaluate new talent to determine if they are a good fit for the agency. Build relationships with prospective talent through phone calls, referrals, events, social media, and networking. Meet talent acquisition and sales goals while contributing to and participating in creative lead generation ideas both in person and online. Find, secure, manage, and coordinate bookings and contracts for models, actors, and content creators. Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and provide the best talent for their projects. Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the entertainment industry. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, confident, and comfortable presenting the value of the agency. Available to work in the office on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Sales experience is a plus but not required.
