Licensed Life & Health Agent

Secure Insurance Group is looking for a Licensed Life & Health Agent. This is a great opportunity!

House Agent:

• W2 Employee (401k match, Group Health, Paid Time Off, Holiday pay, etc.)
• Salary up to $40,000 annually
• Bonuses available based on sales results
• no charge for office space
• built in lead source, we have very large P&C books that you can cross-sell
• our P&C agents will make warm introductions to you
• we pay for prospecting & marketing events

Independent Agent:

• 1099 Independent Agent
• eligible for a temporary base pay (up to one year
• amount is based on experience)
• paid 100% of the 1st year and renewal commissions on all generated business
• no charge for office space for the 1st year
• cost sharing for prospecting & marketing events for the 1st year Office hours are:
• Monday
• Thursday 8:30 am
• 5:00 pm
• Friday 8:30 am
• 1:30 pm We have an amazing platform:
• our Home Office is in Springfield, MO
• remote offices in Rolla, MO, Marshfield, MO, & Aurora, MO
• we currently have 14 P&C Team Members
• nearly 40 direct to carrier P&C contracts (Personal & Commercial)
• over 200 direct to carrier L&H contracts (Life, Health, Medicare, Retirement) We are looking for the following individuals:
