A Talent or Sports Agent represents and promotes artists, performers, and athletes in dealings with current or prospective employers. May handle contract negotiation and other business matters for clients.
Axia Senior Insurance Partners is looking for licensed professionals who want to build a Medicare practice with training, established systems, customer service support, and a defined path for development. This opportunity is especially well suited for newer agents who want to enter the Medicare market professionally without independently funding and building every part of an agency platform. It may also appeal to experienced or semi-retired agents looking for more operational support and a focused way to remain active in the industry. What You Will Do As an Axia Licensed Only Agent, you will help Medicare beneficiaries understand their coverage options and make informed decisions based on their healthcare needs, doctors, prescriptions, financial exposure, and personal priorities.
You may assist clients with:
Medicare Advantage plans Medicare Supplement plans Prescription Drug Plans dental, vision, hearing, and supplemental benefits annual coverage reviews post-enrollment questions and ongoing support Our approach is education-first. The goal is not to move every client into a different plan. The goal is to help each person understand their options and make a confident, informed decision—even when remaining with their current coverage is the right outcome. Customer Service Support One of the most valuable resources available through the Axia LOA platform is access to a customer service support team. The service team can assist with common post-enrollment matters such as: billing and claims-related concerns provider lookups pharmacy and prescription questions prior authorization concerns identification card and plan document requests general carrier service issues This allows agents to spend more time developing relationships, conducting annual reviews, educating clients, preparing for appointments, and handling licensed insurance responsibilities. The service team helps work the issue, while the agent remains connected to the client and steps in when licensed guidance, plan knowledge, or carrier escalation is required. Specific servicing responsibilities and processes are outlined in the Axia LOA Agent Agreement. Why Agents Consider the Axia LOA Model A fully independent agent may have greater ownership and control, but they are also responsible for creating and managing the infrastructure surrounding their practice. The Axia LOA model provides a different path. Agents remain responsible for developing relationships, educating clients, completing compliant enrollments, maintaining documentation, and staying connected to the people they serve. They do that work within a coordinated platform that brings together training, systems, customer service resources, workflows, and ongoing support. This gives newer agents a professional starting point without requiring them to independently select, fund, and build every operational component of a Medicare practice. Training and Professional Resources Axia LOAs may receive access to: Medicare and carrier training ongoing coaching and professional development CRM, quoting, and enrollment systems contracting and compliance guidance client communication and documentation tools professional email and telephone resources marketing, branding, and community-event support peer and leadership support The goal is to provide a connected operating environment where the systems, training, service resources, and processes work together to support the agent's development. Building Your Practice Agents are expected to actively develop client relationships through referrals, community involvement, educational outreach, local events, and thoughtful follow-up. Axia provides guidance, resources, and structure to help agents turn those activities into a repeatable business-development process. This opportunity requires active participation and dependable client follow-through, but it may support different stages of an agent's career—from building a new Medicare practice to maintaining a more focused, relationship-based practice. Professional Expense Incentives Axia has developed incentive opportunities intended to help qualifying agents offset certain costs associated with entering and developing a professional Medicare practice.
Eligible support may include:
