Responsibilities Identify and recruit talented artists, performers, and influencers through social media platforms, industry contacts, and talent management networks. Negotiate terms of engagement, including fees, schedules, and contractual obligations to secure optimal arrangements for all parties involved. Manage contracts from drafting to execution, ensuring clarity on deliverables, rights, and responsibilities. Coordinate booking logistics such as scheduling performances or appearances, liaising with clients and talent to meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, managers, and industry professionals to facilitate ongoing collaborations. Promote booked talent via social media management and marketing strategies to maximize visibility and engagement. Oversee the entire talent acquisition process from initial outreach to final confirmation, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and performers. Qualifications Proven experience working as a talent agent or in talent booking within the music or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations. Excellent relationship management abilities to foster trust with clients, talent, and industry partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and communication purposes. Deep understanding of social media platforms and social media management tools for marketing and promotion efforts. Knowledge of the music industry landscape, including current trends and key players. Experience in sales or client communication to effectively pitch talent opportunities. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
