Qualifications Proven experience working as a talent agent or in talent booking within the music or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations. Excellent relationship management abilities to foster trust with clients, talent, and industry partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and communication purposes. Deep understanding of social media platforms and social media management tools for marketing and promotion efforts. Knowledge of the music industry landscape, including current trends and key players. Experience in sales or client communication to effectively pitch talent opportunities. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
