ATTENTION RIGHT OF WAY RELOCATION AGENTS
If you've successfully guided families and businesses through the relocation process while keeping projects moving forward, we want to hear from you. Twisted Land Company is expanding our network of experienced Right of Way Relocation Agents for upcoming transportation and infrastructure projects. Location(s) : Texas What we're looking for: IRWA Relocation Certification (R/W-RAC) Experience with DOT, Rail and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Experience with residential and/or business relocations in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act) Working knowledge of federal, state, or agency relocation policies and procedures Experience determining relocation eligibility and replacement housing payments Ability to prepare moving estimates, coordinate residential and business relocations, and process reimbursements Experience managing re-establishment expenses for displaced businesses Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional approach when working with property owners and tenants Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed relocation files and project documentation.
