The Opportunity You'll work directly alongside our founder, Chris McCown, in our Lynchburg office — with office space, a built-in team, and hands-on mentorship as you build your practice. As a New York Life agent, you'll be compensated on a commission basis, with bonus opportunities and training allowance subsidies available to support you as you build your book of business in your first couple of years.
