This is a high-energy, hands-on coaching and development position focused on helping real estate agents build stronger, more productive businesses. This is not a personal sales production role. We are not looking for someone who wants to spend their time taking listings, showing homes, or working their own transactions. The primary focus of this position is training, coaching, developing, and holding our agents accountable for their growth. The Agent Development & Growth Manager will work closely with our CEO, Managing Broker, recruiting team, and other members of leadership to help agents successfully onboard, build momentum, improve productivity, and continue progressing throughout their careers. What You Will Be Stepping Into Abrams Realty already has an established onboarding and coaching program for agents at every stage of their career.

Structured agent onboarding Ongoing coaching and training Business planning Lead generation opportunities Lead follow-up systems Technology and CRM resources Accountability tools Sales training Agent development programs Leadership and brokerage support We are not looking for someone to come in and rebuild the program from the ground up. We are looking for someone who can step into what we have already built, take ownership of agent development, bring energy to the program, hold agents accountable, and help us continue making it stronger. Key Responsibilities Coach and develop real estate agents at varying experience and production levels Help newly licensed agents successfully complete onboarding and begin building their businesses Work with experienced agents to identify opportunities for increased production and growth Conduct individual coaching and accountability meetings Help agents establish goals, business plans, and measurable activities Review lead follow-up, pipelines, prospecting activity, conversion, and productivity Identify agents who have lost momentum and help them develop a clear action plan Hold agents accountable for commitments, goals, and activities Help agents improve sales habits, systems, time management, and consistency Reinforce company training, tools, technology, and available resources Celebrate agent wins while continuing to challenge agents toward their next level Work closely with the recruiting team to support newly recruited agents as they transition into the brokerage Partner with the Managing Broker to ensure agents receive appropriate brokerage, contract, compliance, and professional support Collaborate with leadership on agent engagement, retention, development, and productivity initiatives Participate in agent meetings, training sessions, workshops, and company events as appropriate Who We Are Looking For The right candidate will have significant hands-on real estate experience and a strong understanding of what it actually takes to build a successful real estate business.

This is not a personal real estate sales production position. The ideal candidate may be an experienced real estate professional who still loves the industry, sales, strategy, and developing people, but is ready to move away from personally chasing transactions every day.
