Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of luxury estates and yachts, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement strict cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and client expectations Manage laundry services for linens, towels, and clothing items with care and efficiency Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle heavy lifting safely during furniture movement or equipment setup while adhering to manual handling protocols Maintain meticulous records of cleaning tasks performed, supplies used, and client preferences Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout each service appointment Maintain the utmost discretion and respect for client privacy at all times, ensuring a seamless, confidential experience that protects their personal and property details.
