Responsibilities:

Assemble products for the client's skin and prep the massage table before they arrive Use therapeutic massage techniques to deliver a safe and exceptional customer experience that meets their needs and desired results Offer general wellness maintenance advice to clients such as stretching and strengthening techniques Evaluate each client's physical condition, stress level, and medical history to determine the most effective types of massage for their course of treatment Build positive relationships with clients and team members to create a pleasant work environment

Qualifications:

Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws High school graduate or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adequate knowledge of a variety of massage techniques such as reflexology, sports massage, Swedish massage, and deep-tissue massage Preference to candidates who have completed a massage therapy program Completion of a massage therapy program and Licensure per state and local laws/regulations Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports, and medical massage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prefer one year of massage experience in a professional setting, but will consider new grads About Company Elite Retreat Massage and Health Spa is The Ultimate Spa Experience .
