Massage Therapist

At GoodMedicine, massage is not rushed, transactional, or burnout-driven. We are a wellness focused space rooted in presence, care, and intentional healing. We are looking for a licensed massage therapist who values connection, consistency, and a grounded work environment. This is a W-2 employee position with steady client flow, a supportive structure, and opportunities to grow within a well-established practice. ⸻

What You'll Do:

Provide 30, 60 and 90-minute massage sessions Create a calm, welcoming experience for each client Maintain professionalism and reliability ⸻

Compensation:

$25-$50/hour for active massage time $10/hour for support (non-booked) time Keep 100% of tips $5-$10 per add on Monthly performance bonuses available ⸻
