Job Summary We are looking for skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our Trails Massage Therapy Team in Petaluma, CA The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to perform various massage techniques Enhance the well-being of our clients through customized pain management and patient assessment. Team player with a focus and dedication to provide therapeutic wellness to each client. Responsibilities Conduct patient individual assessments for their needs and treatment plans. Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, other modalities, and bodywork as required. Educate clients on self-care practices and wellness strategies for pain management. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment area. Requirements Valid state licensure and certification in massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Ability to perform patient assessments effectively to tailor treatments accordingly. Strong understanding of pain management principles. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the field.
