Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, customer service, and retail techniques. Manage store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Requirements Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling skills.
