Retail Sales Lead

About The Role We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Retail Sales Lead . This role is ideal for someone with retail sales experience and leadership ability. Knowledge of fishing/kayak activities is a plus but certainly not required, we will provide all the training needed on our top products. This is not a desk job — you will be actively selling, managing inventory, moving kayaks, and ensuring smooth rental operations. Key Responsibilities Lead in-store kayak and accessory sales Manage and oversee daily kayak rental operations Assist customers with product selection and checkout Fulfill online orders (pick, pack, process shipping) Assist with loading/unloading heavy kayaks Candidate Skills Required Ability to lift and maneuver heavy kayaks (up to 150 lbs) Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Strong customer service and communication skills Must be able to drive to

PM Holiday Requirement:
