The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in hair styling, coloring, and grooming services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a professional who is well-versed in the latest trends and techniques, including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care. A background in store management and retail sales is a plus, as it enhances the ability to upsell products and services effectively. The Master Stylist will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments such as hair extensions and eyelash extensions Provide expert advice on color theory and hair care to clients to ensure optimal results Operate salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

for appointment scheduling and client management Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations greet clients, schedule appointments, and process payments Assist with retail sales by recommending products aligned with client needs through effective upselling techniques Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in professional hair styling and grooming services Proficiency in hair coloring techniques and color theory application Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading is preferred Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Demonstrated retail sales skills with experience in retail math and upselling strategies Store management or mentoring experience is a plus but not required Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for the beauty industry Join our team to elevate your career as a Barbe/ Stylist by delivering outstanding beauty services while fostering a welcoming environment for clients.
