Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and will be committed to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to connect with clients to enhance their beauty experience. Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards. Provide consultations to clients regarding eyelash styles and care, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Manage appointments using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring efficient scheduling and customer flow. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing retail sales of beauty products. Promote additional services such as hair extensions, body waxing, and makeup application through effective upselling techniques. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash techniques and beauty treatments. Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Proficiency in sanitation practices relevant to beauty services. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and makeup application techniques. Must have Cosmotolgy Eyelash Speciliaist or Esthetichian license , Must have 5 years of experience in all lash sets. Practical will be required. Experience with various lash extension treatments. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with retail sales strategies and product demonstrations to enhance client experience. Previous experience in a med spa environment or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
