Job Description:
SUMMARY Coordinate all vendor supplied material to maintain work flow for manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible to maintain all KUKA Portal functions with KUKA suppliers. Includes registering and adding all new suppliers to the portal when requested from the purchasing team. Documents on a daily basis supplier delivery updates in One Eleven Works with shipping and receiving to keep an accurate status of all ordered material. Works closely with the Project Teams to expedite all hot delivery of ordered product. Attend manufacturing meetings to communicate the latest information on supplier deliveries as well be informed of any issues that are impacting project timelines. Works closely with Accounting for all invoicing issues and concerns. Interaction with buyers through weekly capacity report to eliminate over booking. Monitors OTD for all active suppliers. Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns. Adheres to the Quality Systems and participates in continuous improvement. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
