Material Handler - 1st Shift

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to join a growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Please note this is a merit-based shop . Candidates who demonstrate strong skills, experience, and overall knowledge of the position may be considered for a higher starting rate. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely throughout the warehouse Pick and prepare orders using pick tickets and RF scanners Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Verify shipment accuracy and inspect for damages Complete pre-shift forklift inspections Label, wrap, sort, and pack materials as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Support warehouse operations and team needs as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of warehouse experience 1-2 years of forklift experience Ability to take a forklift test Forklift certification preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot/cold warehouse environments Strong attention to detail and safety Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join?
