Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory candidate support daily warehouse operations involving aircraft parts, tools, and equipment. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in aerospace or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation. Organize and store parts and tools efficiently and safely. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in aerospace or aviation materials handling preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of inventory systems and data entry. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
