Job Description:

Core Duties Inventory management Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring accurate records to prevent shortages or overstock. Supervising staff Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing warehouse workers, including setting performance expectations. Overseeing receiving & shipping Ensuring incoming goods are checked and stored properly, and outgoing orders are packed and dispatched on time. Warehouse organization Designing efficient layouts for storage, improving picking/packing processes, and maximizing space. Safety & compliance Enforcing workplace safety standards (like OSHA guidelines) and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. Process improvement Identifying inefficiencies and implementing better workflows or systems to increase productivity.
