• Duties:

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our breakfast area
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, including specialty dishes and beverages
• Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Assist with catering and banquets, ensuring timely and precise delivery of orders
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Use a knife to prepare food items as needed
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our coffee offerings and be able to make recommendations
• Utilize Aloha POS for efficient ordering and service
• Meet and exceed guest expectations, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

• Qualifications:

• Experience in the food service industry, preferably in a breakfast or brunch setting
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using a cash register and POS system
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Comfortable with kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• Familiarity with catering and banquets
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Possess a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team

• Skills:

• Proficiency with a knife for food preparation
