Great atmosphere and team-oriented environment What You'll Do As a Material Handler, you will report to the Production Supervisor and ensure the seamless flow of materials throughout the plant.

Material Movement:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the plant or yard using forklifts, hand trucks, or electric dollies.

• Inventory Support:

  Maintain and verify records of outbound shipments and keep all department stations fully stocked.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Perform daily forklift inspections and ensure 100% compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.

• Operational Support:

  Assist with routine housekeeping tasks as part of the plant's 6S plan.

• Logistics:

  Read work orders to determine material needs and manually move items onto pallets, racks, or shelves when necessary. What You'll Need

• Experience:

  1 years of forklift experience (ideally in a metal fabrication shop).

• Skills:

  Previous experience moving large metal objects and working within a Lean Manufacturing environment.

• Communication:

  Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English formats.

Strong basic math skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of self-motivation.
