Material Handler/Packer

Augusta Staffing is seeking a dedicated and efficient Material Handler/Packer to join our production team at a leading manufacturer of disposable medical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and packing finished products at the end of the production line, ensuring our high standards of quality and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect finished products from the end of the production line and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage in accordance with company guidelines.
• Retrieve and supply materials needed for production machines, maintaining a steady workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, particularly those specific to handling disposable medical products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year of Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical activities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
