Material Processor

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts, preparing materials for production, grinding and finishing steel parts, and ensuring all products meet quality standards before reaching customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Operate a forklift as needed and drive semitruck Set up tools, equipment, and machinery for projects Grind and smooth rough areas on steel and metal parts Grind welds according to drawings and specifications Inspect parts and finished products for quality control Ensure materials and parts meet customer requirements Cut and miter steel according to measurements and specifications Use hand tools and air tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and policies Assist with material movement and shop operations as needed

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
