• Cokato, MN Role Own the physical flow of materials and shipments in our shop.

Receive incoming materials (EPS, HDU, hardware, etc.) Organize and stage materials correctly Build crates and package finished products for shipment Responsibilities Build wood crates and protective packaging Verify deliveries (count + condition) Keep material areas clean and organized Stage outgoing jobs for pickup Coordinate with logistics on shipments Requirements Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable using basic tools (saws, drills) Detail-oriented (counts, labeling, protection) Reliable and self-directed Forklift experience is a plus Not a Fit If You need constant direction You rush or cut corners Attendance/reliability has been an issue You are not interested in hands on labor Pay & Growth Hourly, based on experience Opportunity to grow into shop roles or equipment operation Apply Send a brief summary of relevant hands-on experience.
