We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager-Northeast to join our Sales team!

Are you ready to drive success in the sauna industry? Sauna360 seeks a motivated Regional Sales Manager to provide consultation and support to sauna dealers within a designated territory. Candidates should be located in one of the following states: New York, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut. This field-based role offers the opportunity to train dealers, develop new business, and significantly impact our company's growth. As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing dealer effectiveness as sauna retailers while proactively selling Sauna360 products through the dealer channel.

Establish and achieve annual sales budgets by product category throughout your designated territory, creating strategic growth and ensuring profitability for both dealers and Sauna360. Do You Value Customer Relationships? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing consistent value through meaningful communications, personalized dealer visits, and systematic follow-up that leads to lasting partnerships. Can You Identify Market Opportunities? Seek out new business in designated open markets and transform these prospects into productive Sauna360 dealers, meeting our ambitious goals for expanding our dealer network. Are You Passionate About Training Others? Share your expertise by providing comprehensive sales and marketing training to Sauna dealers, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to excel as sauna retailers in today's competitive marketplace. Can You Implement Strategic Initiatives? Ensure sales and marketing programs are effectively deployed throughout your region, creating consistent customer experiences while actively managing your territory with regular updates to leadership. Are You a Dynamic Brand Ambassador ? Represent Sauna360 at trade shows and promotional events, building our brand presence while maintaining detailed records and reporting essential to our continued success.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred; at least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred, consumer products background a plus. Knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis. Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team. Must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year. A valid driver's license with good driving record is required.

Hiring Range:

$65,900.00-$103,400.00 Many factor are taken into consideration in determining pay, including education and location.
