The Materials Handler will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and control of materials within our facility. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a team, ensure accuracy in inventory management, and support continuous improvement in materials handling processes. Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position: Ability to work Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 am
- 6:00 pm Coordinate daily activities and work assignments Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Safely load and unload chemical products from trucks, ensuring proper documentation and product integrity. Accurately package chemical products, adhering to all quality and safety standards. Operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials and finished products within the facility. Utilize a front loader to efficiently load dry bulk materials onto trucks. Assist other operators with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth plant operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including general housekeeping and waste disposal. Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and governmental regulations. Participate in safety meetings and training programs. Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practices. Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors. Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance. Maintain good organization skills. Perform other related duties as assigned. PPE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in materials handling or warehouse operations Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED Must have effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills in the English language

Compensation for this role is between $25.00
