Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills Self starter; able to work and collaborate with team members Job Responsibilities Support shipments for new products by coordinating engineering?owned material to appropriate shipping locations (SAF/ZSA/Wafers) Manage Project Services Fremont Mailbox Manage reservations for material staged in inventory locations Establish and maintain strong relationships between Program/Product Management, Engineering, Production Control, and Supply Chain Ad hoc reporting as needed by Product Group Participate in cross?functional teams and communicate delivery issues related to the build schedule Coordinate material transfers/movement from engineering into unrestricted inventory location or Labs. Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprisewide systems. Minimum Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel using VLOOKUPs and formulas Familiar with creating PowerPoint presentations Comfortable navigating Point and SAP. Preferred Qualifications Project management experience Ability to read and interpret multi?level product BOMs Self?starter; able to work and collaborate with team members Strong written and oral communication skills Able to write clear email directions for inventory movement between warehouses, production floor, or engineer's desk Demonstrated problem?solving and critical?thinking skills Knowledge of SAP transactions such as

MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, MB23.
