As we continue to grow, Eldorado Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented MDS Nurse Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about accurate assessments, strong care planning, regulatory compliance, and improving resident outcomes. In this position, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, ensuring clinical accuracy, timely MDS completion, and high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Sign-On Bonuses $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for LPNs $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for RNs Bonuses paid out over 1 year

Compensation RN Pay:

$33.00 - $35.00/hour

LPN Pay:
