Duties include, but are not limited to: Will work in within the scope of practice as a Nurse Manage/oversight of entire MDS process for designated area. Effectively manage ADL grids Monitor/Prevent holes in documentation and improper classification of ADL assisting, I&Os, moods, etc. Work closely with CNAs to educate/redirect as needed in the area of ADL documentation Manage the documentation being captured during the MDS observation periods Identify & Monitor Saint Anne's restoratvie program to ensure that proper documentaiotn is captured Proactively identifies rehabilitation and restorative needs of the residents to promote independence and precent decline Monitor rehab to ensure that grace days are applied for sick days as appropriate Ensure PPS residents' physician visits are monitored and billed accruately Job Qualifications Graduation fomr a State accredited school of professional nursing with a current, valid license to practice as an RN.

Experience:

1-2 years in a long-term care facility preferred. Experience MDS Reporting is recommended.
