Yes Summary:
The Administrative Manager provides practice-level operational and financial leadership for practice level services within the Northern Light Health Provider Enterprise. This role is responsible for the day-to-day performance of assigned practices, including quality, access, patient and employee experience, and financial outcomes. In dyad partnership with the Lead Clinician, this leader ensures effective implementation of established care delivery and operational processes that support high-quality, patient-centered, and value-based care, aligned with regional and enterprise priorities.
Responsibilities :
Clinical Operations :
Manage daily operations to drive adherence to established operating standards at assigned practices, including template management, access optimization, panel maintenance, staffing coordination, care team workflows, facilities issues, and use of enabling technologies in partnership with the Lead Clinician.
Performance Management :
Lead practice-level performance management processes including regular review of access, employee and patient experience, productivity, financial, quality-aligned operational metrics, and panel performance with the office lead to drive accountability and continuous improvement and escalate risks or barriers to regional leadership as needed.
Staff Workforce :
Workforce planning for assigned practices to optimize practice-level staffing and ensure effective supervision, including recruitment and retention strategy and execution, engagement, professional and leadership development, and succession planning to support sustainable performance.
Finance:
Partner with local Lead Clinician to monitor, identify areas of opportunity, and take actions to improve practice level financial performance across operational spend to budget tracking, panel and productivity against budget benchmarks, and expense/resource management.
Revenue Cycle :
Provide practice level oversight of revenue cycle performance to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide processes including clinical documentation quality, coding accuracy, front end processes, and net professional revenue performance.
Dyad Partnerships :
Partnership with the local Lead Clinician to support day to day management to meet operational and financial performance expectations at the practice level.
Other Duties :
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; coordinate with IT, facilities, and support services; and perform related operational responsibilities as assigned.
