Duties Perform meat cutting and butchering using knife skills to prepare cuts according to specifications Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure efficient processing and packaging of meat products Operate packaging equipment to securely package finished products for distribution Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the processing area in compliance with food safety regulations Handle raw meat with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support inventory management by organizing supplies and recording product details accurately Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while upholding quality standards Experience Prior experience in food production and food handling Culinary experience that demonstrates knife skills and meat cutting proficiency is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices within the food industry Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment used in meat processing facilities Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues Previous experience working with meat or in a butcher shop Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in meat processing!
