We are hiring a Mechanic to lead tire services and oversee general auto shop operations. This role includes tire changes, balancing, rotations, and supervising basic shop services.
Responsibilities:
Perform tire installation, balancing, rotations, and repairs Oversee daily shop operations Assist with light mechanical services as needed Ensure quality control and safety standards Support and guide junior mechanics
Requirements:
Strong experience in tire services and general auto repair Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage workflow efficiently Valid driver's license
