Mechanic Pay :

$25-$30/hour (based on experience)

Parker, SD Job Overview We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Mechanic to handle a variety of mechanical repairs, rebuilds, and fabrication projects. This role is ideal for someone comfortable diagnosing 12V electrical systems, tearing down and rebuilding equipment, and taking pride in clean, high-quality work from start to finish. What You'll Do Perform mechanical repairs and component replacements on equipment and vehicles Diagnose and repair 12V electrical systems, including starters, charging systems, lighting, and trailer wiring Disassemble, rebuild, and refurbish equipment and components Perform torch cutting and basic fabrication and welding tasks Handle pressure washing, cleaning, paint prep, detailing, and finish work Maintain a clean, organized work area and work independently on assigned projects Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of automotive or diesel mechanic experience Experience with engine repair and welding Strong working knowledge of 12V electrical systems and troubleshooting Basic automotive and/or diesel mechanical aptitude Comfortable using torch equipment for cutting and heating High attention to detail and ability to work independently Additional Qualifications (Preferred) Own a basic set of tools (approx. $2,000-$3,000 value) Valid driver's license Experience with diesel systems, painting, hydraulics, and pneumatics Why You'll Like Working Here Competitive pay: $25-$30/hour Newly updated shop with heated and air-conditioned work environment Modern facility features, including an 80-inch flatscreen TV Consistent weekday schedule with optional overtime Team-focused environment that values quality work and work-life balance Work Schedule & Environment Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime available Indoor shop with year-round climate control Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Parker, SD.
