WHO YOU ARE

The ideal person for our company will have the knowledge to accurately diagnose vehicle issues with the ability to complete the necessary repairs. Focusing on the customer concern first and recommendations second. Looking to improve your knowledge and ability.

LEAD TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues including check engine light, drivability concerns, alignment, suspension, A/C and Heating, engine performance, and maintenance recommendations. Communicate vehicle issues with the service manager including additional repairs once the customer concern has been addressed. Continuously educate yourself on new technology and repair techniques. Maintain a high level of productivity for you and your team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and repair equipment including scan tools and computer systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. ASE Certifications preferred but not required.

AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and repair mechanical issues with brakes, steering and suspension, heating and cooling, alignments, tires and other vehicle systems. Complete all assigned jobs timely and efficient manner. Maintain a high productivity level throughout the workday by also assisting in other shop areas when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our technicians require a minimum of 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician. Experienced in alignments, tire mount and balance, A/C System service, check engine light diagnostic, and scan tools. Knowledge of overall shop ability and productivity - i.e. knowing when and how to help. Detail and deadline-oriented - ability to complete jobs well and in the allotted time.
