What You'll Be Doing:

Assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools Following work instructions and blueprints Using tools like screwdrivers, impact drills, and tape measures Inspecting your work to ensure quality and accuracy Working with a team to hit production goals

What You Bring:

Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (assembly, construction, warehouse, etc.) Ability to use basic tools (or willingness to learn quickly) Attention to detail and pride in your work A can-do attitude and reliability Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment You don't need to check every box — they are open to candidates who are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn.

Schedule:

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Consistent hours with potential for overtime

Pay:

$20/hr with 10% differential on 2nd shift ($22/hr)

Work Environment:

Manufacturing floor (not climate controlled; airflow maintained in warmer months) Hands-on, active work using tools throughout the day Team-oriented setting with shared production space

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
