COPY LINK link Mechanical Assembly Supervisor - 1st Shift M-F Job Summary The Assembly Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily assembly operations, including scheduling, assigning work, and ensuring product quality. This role ensures all activities and employees ad topany policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Organizes and oversees schedules and workflows for assigned department supervisors. Ensures supervisors run their departments efficiently and meet established goals. Conducts timely, constructive performance evaluations. Administers discipline and terminations in alignment withpany policy.

General Responsibilities:

Partners with supervisors to establish performance goals and evaluation criteria. Ensures adequate staffing levels to meet production objectives. Assists supervisors with schedule preparation. Supports the development of departmental budgets. Maintains accurate production and employee records. Ensures departmentalpliance withpany policies and safety standards. Collaborates with HR to address employee concerns orplaints. Performs additional related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Strong managerial and supervisory abilities. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to be a hands on leader Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Stronganizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of related experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role. Basicputer, math andprehansion skills Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Pay Details:
