Mechanical Designer

Girton is a custom OEM based out of Millville, PA. Girton caters to the pharmaceutical, laboratory, and food industries with predominantly stainless steel equipment solutions. The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for producing 3D (Solidworks) and 2D (Draftsight / AutoCAD) mechanical designs and BOMs on the component level, sub assembly level, and large scale assembly level. In addition to design work, the Mechanical Designer will be responsible for interpreting customer specifications and interacting with Sales, Automation, and Customer Service departments. An understanding of how stainless steel is piped, stainless steel sheet metal is cut and bent, and stainless steel welding techniques are imperative to the position.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
